Automatic Filling Machine (Four Drums), designed and manufactured by SIEHE company with  imported advanced technology for one famous company in Southeast Asia, has arrived at the user's factory recently and handed over smoothly.

The whole system consists of following systems: Automatic drum-in and drum-out convey system, materials automatic convey system, filtration system, automatic filling and weighing system, pending corridor and operation platform, control system etc.. The whole system realize the flow as following: Automatic Drum-in---Automatic Tare Off---Mouth Searching---Automatic Filling Head Descending---Fast Speed Filling---Low Speed Accurate Filling---Automatic Filling Head Ascending after filling---Mouth Searching Again---Four Drum Filling Stop---Automatic Drum-out---New Empty Drum go to Filling Position.

The system is characterized by realization of bottom-chargeable filling which effectively avoids splashing and reduces the generation of air bubbles, and it lifts synchronously during filling process. Once the filling is over, the filling valve leaves the mouth of the drum, and then it goes to next process. The whole process is with high efficiency and easy operation.

The system adopts PLC automatic control system from international famous brand. It has automatic and manual modes, can be set up and save more than 30 group of formula, which greatly improves the efficiency and facilitates production data management.

With the help of our engineers, the user successfully completes filling line site installation and commissioning. Accurate weighing, high efficient filling speed as well as the nice service from our company win user's satisfaction. Thereafter, the user invites our engineers to inspect another working site and entrust us to design another two automatic filling lines according to the new production technics requirements and working site.
