They will provide reasonable machine selection and design scheme to you based on your enquiry and our mutual discussion.

Welcome to do experiment in SIEHE factory for your materials. To meet different materials’ requirement, SIEHE has professional laboratory rooms for both small-batch and mid-batch experiments. You could choose production machines based on the data from experiments.

Sales Service:

Designated Project Manager will be assigned with overall responsibility for each project to follow up the project from the beginning to the end. The manager will be taking care of following fields: Audit technical drawing, to follow up the quality and progress of the outsourced parts; to follow up the production progress, to control the quality of the semi-products and finished products, to ensure the appearance of the machine meet customers’ requirements, to compile the ex-work report and technical documents, logistics, to install & debug the equipment and to offer trainings to the operators. The manager’s job does not finish until the machines are handed over to the customers. During the whole process, the manager shall report the order progress in time to the customers.

After-sales Service:

SIEHE Company has world-class after-sales service system and service team. We maintain to win customer’s satisfaction as our objective to provide excellent service to all our customers. We guarantee:

1. One year warranty. After the warranty, SIEHE will provide technical support free of charge.
2. The hotline works 24 hours. Professional engineer will answer your questions. Feedbacks will be given within 1 hour after receiving customers’ question.
3. Professional technical serviceman will go to the site if the problem can not be solved over the phone call. And they are not allowed to leave until the problem is solved.
4. Regularly visits to customers’ sites to ensure the machines run properly.
5. Within the warranty period, we will recall the machine/parts to repair free of charge excluding the problems due to force majeure or artificial factors. After the warranty, we will only charge the cost of the materials.
6. We have big warehouse of spare parts. All the spare part for SIEHE machines will be available at market or in our company for 10 years from the date you purchase the machine with charge of the cost if you require from us.
7. Machine upgrading service: With continuous innovation and upgrading of SIEHE machine, if the performance of the machine you bought can not meet your requirement after years’ production, we can provide upgrading service with charge of the cost.
8. We will archive documents such as commercial documents, technical documents, ex-work records, maintenance records, repair records etc of each machine or project in our system to provide better and faster service to every customer.
